Behavior and Pricing

Every year, Darren surveys thousands of pet owners to find out what they think about veterinarians, veterinary services, and veterinary fees. Find out why half your clients are shocked by their bill at the end of their visit and how clients feel about seeing different veterinarians in the same hospital.

Cultural Agility

Across cultures, we are more alike than we are different. In these sessions, we will build on this understanding and learn skills to invite, recognize, and plumb the diversity of human experiences and backgrounds so we can improve outcomes in our work. We will draw on examples from the COVID-19 pandemic to illustrate content.

Gary
Oswald

Internal Medicine

Dr. Oswald’s presentations will cover and update numerous medical topics including: specific diagnostic tests, individual gastrointestinal drug therapies, dietary considerations, and supplements. Commonly encountered gastrointestinal disorders, including dysbiosis, dietary intolerance, etc., will be presented in detail.
